
Meditation
Our Guided Meditation sessions are provided to one (or more) participants who meditate in response to the guidance. A combination of Mindfulness and Meditation practice is used, coupled with guided imagery, relaxation and self-reflective diary-keeping or journaling to:
- lower levels of stress
- develop coping skills and comfort themselves when they are hurting
- improve ability to carry out demanding tasks in exacting situations
- abate feelings of anger, inadequacy, confusion and sadness
- reduce occurrences of negative or irrational thinking
- assuage anxiety
- raise levels of optimism
- enhance physical and mental aptitude
- increase general feeling of well-being and an improved quality of life
