Talentum Mundi Data Responsibility: Talentum Mundi processes personal data, which is why this privacy policy is described to provide you with information about how personal data is processed. Personal data is only used for very specific and relevant purposes and data is deleted after the end of the project, assignment, coaching, program or any activity performed by Talentum Mundi, when it is no longer necessary. The information stored after the end of the process is the name, address, phone number and email address, as well as the contract agreement and invoice, which are stored for 5 years.

Processing of personal data: Talentum Mundi uses and processes the following personal data on customers:

  1. Name
  2. Address
  3. Email address
  4. Phone number
  5. Agreement on proposal 
  6. Settlement contract and invoice
  7. Client Consent (consent form from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) to be able to verify the customer relationship with the coach only for the sake of later certifications by the coach)
  8. Date of meetings, tasks, and number of hours 
  9. Notes, follow-up agreements between meetings

This is only information within the basis of Article 6 of the General Data Regulation

Where does the information come from: The information comes primarily from you – it may also be that your contact information comes from others you know when you have agreed to be referred to or contacted by Talentum Mundi.

Purpose of processing your personal data: Talentum Mundi processes your personal data for the following:

  • Administration of your relationship with Talentum Mundi
  • Enter into agreement, contract and agreement on task/time consumption
  • Notes, materials and tasks – which are used in the coaching process or when solving the consultant task
  • Compliance with legal requirements (e.g. accounting of invoice)

Talentum Mundi processes and stores personal data only on the point of view of legitimate interests or using written consent.

Revision of the privacy policy: Talentum Mundi reserves the right to update the Privacy Policy from time to time. In the event of changes, the date at the top will also be changed. The privacy policy in force at any time will be available on Talentum Mundi’s website.

Cookies: When you visit our website, a cookie is stored on the device you are using, such as the computer, and we can follow your visit and use of our website. Cookies are small text files that the website can place on your computer’s hard drive, smartphone or other electronic equipment. Log Files: Follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
