Limiting Beliefs (Stinking Thinking) are zappers of your personal power. Once you accept them they become your reality. They are divided into two broad categories:

- I’m not enough
- I’m not worthy
- I’m too much
- I’m a burden
- I’m insignificant
- I’m not lovable
- I’m alone and lonely
- I don’t matter
- My needs are bad
- My feelings are bad
- I have to earn love
- There’s something wrong with me
About The World:
- The world is out to get me
- The world is a hostile and dangerous place
- People want the worst for me
- There isn’t enough love to go around
- There aren’t enough resources
- There isn’t enough time
- There isn’t enough money
- All the good ones are taken
Limiting Beliefs are a vicious cycle as they stop you from taking action and this leads to poor results/outcomes. The fundamental question to ask yourself is not “can I …” but “how will I …”
