Competencies are a fundamental component of our Leadership Development Programs. Competencies are the specific knowledge, skills, and behaviors that individuals need to perform effectively in a particular role, including leadership roles. In the context of leadership development, competencies are the knowledge, skills, and behaviors that individuals need to lead others and achieve organizational goals.
Our Leadership Development Programs aim to develop the competencies that are essential for effective leadership. The competencies that are targeted in our Leadership Development Program may vary depending on the level of leadership being targeted, the organization’s goals and values, and the specific needs of the participants.
