  • I’m unlucky
  • I’m too old
  • I’m not OK
  • I’m not OK as i am
  • I’m not good enough
  • I’m no good
  • I’m not enough
  • I’m not worthy
  • I’m too much
  • I’m a burden
  • I’m insignificant
  • I’m not lovable
  • I’m alone and lonely
  • I don’t matter
  • My needs are bad
  • My feelings are bad
  • I have to earn love
  • There’s something wrong with me

About The World:

  • The world is out to get me
  • The world is a hostile and dangerous place
  • People want the worst for me
  • There isn’t enough love to go around
  • There aren’t enough resources
  • There isn’t enough time
  • There isn’t enough money
  • All the good ones are taken

Limiting Beliefs are a vicious cycle as they stop you from taking action and this leads to poor results/outcomes. The fundamental question to ask yourself is not “can I …” but “how will I …”
