The ASK Model is extremely useful for assessing people in the workplace as to whether they have the appropriate Attitude / Skills / Knowledge to complete the role assignments. The ASK Model is also used to support our clients to identify their opportunities for Coaching; it ideally aligns with our client’s purpose, intention and aspiration so as to be truly effective at work. Coaching is particularly helpful in the area of Attitude (beliefs, mindset).

For long-term sustainable change, we help our clients to recognize what they truly want for themselves and work on their “internal” structure to support new habits and behaviors to create the desired outcomes.
