Learning Styles

Activists: They learn trough trial and error. They act first and then consider the consequences later.

Pragmatists: They constantly research new ideas and enjoy experimentation. They prefer to get straight to the point and want to be shown how it’s done so that they van do it themselves.

Theorists: They are those who think through problems in a logical manner. To help them take action, they must be supported to understand why the action is necessary.

Reflectors: They are reviewers. They are cautious and like to stand back and observe others.  To help them take action, they must be provided with all necessary information before they can proceed.
