How the PLENA™ Model Works:
Stage 1 – Cultural Living: This is the pre-development stage. The individual is immersed in the “Culturescape” and is largely unconscious of the Mind, Body, Heart, and Spirit as controllable levers. They are conditioned by and reactive to the environment.
Stage 2 – Awakening and Self-Mastery: This stage begins with “The Awakening,” where the individual recognizes agency and starts to choose their reality. This is the act of Self-Discovery and the initial application of discipline needed for Self-Mastery—taking control of the Mind, Body, Heart, and Spirit to escape the passive Culturescape.
Stage 3 – Actualization and Inner Transformation: This is the core of internal work. “Recoding Yourself” aligns perfectly with the goal of Self-Actualization. To actualize one’s full potential, one must fundamentally change (recode) their internal world, deeply understanding and transforming beliefs, limitations, and internal programming.
Stage 4 – Transcendence and Extraordinary Impact: This is the highest level of integration. Having “Recoded” and Actualized the self, the individual becomes “Extraordinary,” possessing the consciousness and power to Change the World. This external impact defines Self-Transcendence, which in turn provides the meaning and growth components necessary for Psychological Richness (Eudaemonic well-being).
